My Fantasia on "Dodo Titite" is so titled because others have heard a free quality in it, and I have concurred with this view. The early introduction of triplet motion has been referenced throughout, especially in the quasi-development section, and an alternation between meditative and dance-like sections is also apparent. In addition, I have, in variation, preserved the "coda" of the original song.
